Returns & Exchanges

At Milano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium shoes, bags, and accessories. If your items are not the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the shoes or accessories you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Milano packaging, including all dust bags and tags, and securely seal the box with the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
